RACC has recently opened its landmark building providing an impressive environment to support the College as a hub of excellence for adult learning. We design and deliver courses to meet the needs, interests and abilities of adults and young people who wish to learn in an adult environment.  We also hire out facilities and run events at RACC, underpinning the College’s status as a community hub in Richmond.

We are looking for an experienced part time German Tutor to teach beginner to intermediate groups of adult learners for leisure courses / non-qualification courses. These courses will be predominently evening classes, 2 – 6 hours per week, from 19:15pm - 21:15pm, for a minimum of 2 evenings a week.  Although the hours are variable and can cover daytimes and weekends also.

As a Part-time Tutor, you will join our bank of teaching staff and will be offered courses as and when that match your area of expertise. Part-time Tutors work closely with Programme Leaders in the designing, planning and delivering of courses which stretch and challenge our learners as well as prepare a variety of learning materials, provide guidance to learners on progression options, attend termly meetings and complete course administration.

Applicants should have or be working towards a certified teaching qualification.
