Richmond and Hillcroft Adult & Community College offers a range of vocational and leisure provision for adult learners. The new college was formed through the recent merger of RACC and Hillcroft College.

We are currently looking for a Curriculum and Performance Analyst to join our College Information Systems (CIS) Department to assist the Systems and Reporting Manager in the management and reporting of our curriculum and performance related data. You will also support the data processing that ensures all course and learner related performance data and KPIs are effectively communicated to the Curriculum Senior Management Team.

Duties will also include troubleshooting CIS systems, maintaining effective knowledge of ILR and QAR documentation, working closely with other departments and developing systems to assist the college in its journey towards becoming an Outstanding provider.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of Further Education, Student Records e.g REMS,Databases. Excellent IT skills along with good communication skills, analytical skills and the ability to manage a busy workload without supervision whilst demonstrating a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
